Rapid decision simulation · ~5 minutes
It's Thursday, 06:15. A red weather warning has just landed, the power is already flickering, and local radio wants answers before you've had coffee. Six decisions stand between you and the evening news. You have 45 seconds for each one.
You are the senior leader on duty at an organisation that delivers essential services to the public. A severe storm — high winds, a month's rain, widespread power cuts — arrives in hours. Information will arrive as it does in real incidents: incomplete, from multiple directions, and faster than you'd like.
There are no trick questions — but there are consequences. Every choice is logged, timed, and debriefed at the end, exactly as it would be in a facilitated exercise.
Your call —
Exercise complete · hot debrief
Why this matters
This taster used a generic scenario and a solo player. A facilitated exercise uses your plans, your people and your most plausible bad day — and finds the gaps while they're still cheap to fix.
A structured, evidence-based review of your plans, recovery priorities and single points of failure — with a prioritised roadmap, not a shelf document.
Practical training for crisis teams and leaders: roles, decision logging, communications under pressure, and working with incomplete information.
Bespoke scenarios delivered at your tempo — from boardroom tabletops to multi-team live play with real injects, media pressure and a full structured debrief.
